Sim City Women’s Winter League
The Sim City Women’s League is designed to provide a fun yet competitive experience to golfers of all levels. This 8 week league will alternate between scramble and best ball rounds and will be flighted based on team abilities.
Rounds may be played on your own schedule, and you may play rounds in advance or from behind if necessary. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the season for overall team performance, as well as special prizes for pins and birdies.
League will run for 8 weeks from January 10, 2023 - March 6, 2023
Rules:
Teams will be pairs of two golfers which will be divided into flights based on handicaps and indoor abilities.
Rounds will alternate between a Scramble and 1 Best Ball of 2 each week. (Round rules below)
Scramble - Each golfer tees off and selects the best shot, both players continue to hit from the chosen best shot until ball is holed.
1 Best Ball of 2 - Both players play out every hole on their own ball (max score is 10). The best score among the two golfers is used as the team score for each hole.
Teams may play rounds in advance or from behind if necessary, all rounds must be completed by March 6 to be eligible for prizes.
